Dean Smith Attorney at Law, PLLC

Real Estate Litigation

Real estate related disputes and disagreements are, unfortunately, not uncommon.

Well-constructed contracts reduce the likelihood of problems, but can't prevent a party from breaching its terms. Property boundaries are often uncertain, as is the extent of one party's rights to use the property of another. In many instances, the law requires certain duties of the parties involved in a real estate transaction, including agents, brokers, design consultants, contractors and others. In a nutshell, residential and commercial real estate matters involve valuable assets, a range of potential liabilities, and frequently, the need to actively enforce or defend your legal rights.
